 As CEO, Will focuses on strategic planning and asset development. He understands that respect is earned, not given and strives to ensure that  W. Gardner, LLC  maintains a reputation for quality work while building great relationships.  His hands-on-approach to every task is looked on favorably by our many valued clients and employees.    

Elliot Jones - President

As President, Elliot oversees all business operations as well as the overall construction management process ensuring that day-to-day operations meet or exceed the expectations of our clients.  He takes great pride in helping clients see their dreams become realities and always strives to develop business relationships that are based on respect, trust, and honesty. 

Tom Unger - Executive Vice President

Tom aims to build relationships by delivering big company experience with small company attention and versatility to exceed client expectations.  He is committed to reinvesting in the team and operational growth for continuous advancements in technology and communication, as well as schedule, budget and quality performance.

Here at W. Gardner we strongly focus on site safety. We self preform 90% of our work including clearing, site work, and underground utilities.
